To secure classroom placement for your child, the non-refundable deposit is due at registration.  Monthly payments beginning September 1, 2026, up to and including June 1, 2027, are all processed by pre-authorized debit.

Every family will receive a receipt of $3000.00 for childcare expense. This is calculated at 3 hours/day allowing 1 hour early morning before class; 1.5 hours for recess and lunch and .5 hour each day after dismissal.

Families who pay additional fees for sport teams or music lessons conducted during recess, noon or after school hours will receive an additional receipt for childcare.

Student Withdrawals

Six months written notice is required for withdrawal from Bedford Academy.  The owner, Nancy Wallace, or Director requires six (6) month’s written notice with notice for the “end of month” and/or retains six (6) month’s fees when a student withdraws from Bedford Academy.

NSF Cheques and Returned Payments

A $50.00 fee will be charged for NSF cheques and returned payments.

Before and After School Program Costs
