Olivia MacDonald graduated with honours from CP Allen High school and is is now in her third year of a Bachelor of Business Administation degree at Acadia University, where she currently maintains a 3.53 GPA. Olivia is majoring in accounting, with her ultimate goal to attain the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Olivia is vice-president finance of the Acadia chapter of Enactus Canada, a community of student, academic and business leaders enabling progress through entrepreneurial action. Last spring, Oliva volunteered through Enactus to deliver Economics for Success presentations in conjunction with Junior Achievement NS to Grade nine students. Economics for Success encourages middle and high school students to take a closer look at the advantages of staying in school and at how the choices they make can positively impact their future dreams, aspirations and outcomes. Olivia participated in this program as a Grade Nine student at Bedford Academy.

This past summer Oliva secured a summer student accounting position with the Nova Scotia Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, gaining valuable experience toward her career goals.
