Megan Wallace Grant
Associate Director, Bedford Academy
Megan graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Public Relations Degree and a Certificate in Marketing. Megan enjoyed the position of Co-President of the PR Networking Society. While attending school, she worked for Pepsi Special Promotions throughout Atlantic Canada. After graduating, Megan worked for an advertising firm where the majority of the campaigns involved working with children. She decided to follow in her mother Nancy’s journey and pursue her degree in education. Megan graduated from the University of Maine and enjoyed teaching the Core French Program at Bedford Academy for ten years. While teaching French, Megan developed, implemented and taught the Character Education Program.
While teaching, Megan earned her Masters of Education in Administration and Leadership from Saint FX University and is now working full time in Administration. Throughout pursuing her graduate degree, Megan researched the Power and Success of Student Goal Setting; a key component of the Junior High Program at Bedford Academy.
Megan is currently responsible for Client Orientation, Teacher Development, Bedford Academy Special Events, PR, Marketing and Uniform Branding. Megan partnered with Roots to create Bedford Academy’s first school jacket.
Megan is grateful to work with an amazing group of passionate, dedicated educators and children who love their school!
