To secure classroom placement for your child, the non-refundable deposit, along with ten automatic monthly debit payments dated September 1, 2023 to June 1, 2024 is due January 9, 2023.
Every family will receive a receipt of $3000.00 for childcare expense. This is calculated at 3 hours/day allowing 1 hour early morning before class; 1.5 hours for recess and lunch and .5 hour each day after dismissal.
Families who pay additional fees for sport teams or music lessons conducted during recess, noon or after school hours will receive an additional receipt for childcare.
Student Withdrawals
Six months written notice is required for withdrawal from Bedford Academy in order for post-dated cheques to be returned.
NSF Cheques and Returned Payments
A $50.00 fee will be charged for NSF cheques and returned payments.
Before and After School Program Costs
